Everything Nutrition: Summer Slimdown Week Two Preview

Today I am doing a recap of everything I will be writing about this week. In your health journey, nutrition should be right at the top of your list of importance. I am not a nutritionist, so I can’t say exactly what you should eat but I can definitely share what works for me and what I personally believe is a good way to eat.

I recommend to everyone that health should be your number one goal. That is why I personally believe in the 80/20 rule. This means 80% Nutrition 20% exercise and it also means 80% healthy 20% indulgent. Being healthy does not mean being restricted. If you are healthy 80% of the time, indulging in treats is completely okay! This week I will be talking about:

  • The 80/20 rule

  • Plant Based Lifestyle

  • Prioritsing Health

  • Eating Healthily When Out And About
