June Goals- Blogging And Personal

Something you may not know about me, is that every month I set myself a list of goals in my private journal. However, I thought it would be a good idea to share with you what my blogging goals are for this month along with a few personal goals also! So, here we go!

Blogging Goals

Get Organised

I do not have set dates that I post here on my blog, but I do roughly 3 posts a week. I think it would be really great if I whipped out one of my personal planners and dedicated it just to blogging so that I can planΒ posts and content and have set days that it will be going up. Not only will this help me, but I think it would be great for you guys as you will know when to expect a post and be able to choose which ones you want to read!

Create Better Content

Okay, so this is my goal continuously, as i always want to better myself and my blog, but I am finally getting used to blogging so I feel now that I know the basics, I can work on it more, improve and maybe even push myself a little bit? Let’s see what happens!

Personal GoalsΒ

Stop Being So Hard On Myself

I have found myself getting really frustrated and upset with myself because physically I struggle at the moment. Surgery was just under 3 weeks ago now, but the recovery process takes much longer and not being able to exercise and have as much energy makes me feel a little bit deflated and useless. I need to stop beating myself up over something that is not in my control and just continue to work on my recovery. I have been doing really well, but I just need some patience and self assurance.

Slowly Cut Out Dairy

I find being a vegetarian easy. However, if it wasn’t for dairy, I would be on a full blown plant based diet, but although I really limit my dairy intake to milk in my tea, the odd bit of cheese and chocolate, I do not actually have that much. I use almond milk and coconut milk as a replacement but i have always struggled to cut milk out of my English Breakfast tea and choose products with dairy free alternatives. I really feel like it is holding me back and slowing down my health journey and I want to wave goodbye to dairy for good. I need to give myself a kick up the butt and stick to it.

That is it for my goals! What are your goals? Thank you for reading! Please do not forget to follow my blog and give this post a cheeky like! It let’s me know that I am doing something right and I really do appreciate it, plus it helps me discover all of your wonderful blogs! See you next time… xox

  1. Fantastic goals! I am trying to cut out dairy because of my skin at the moment and I have found it quite hard as I don’t really enjoy the alternatives but I am trying to adapt to them! Great post, don’t be too hard on yourself ❀ xxxxx

Hey Liz, cutting milk out of my tea was the hardest part. I made myself switch to black coffee and that helped cut my milk habit becuase the taste is more bitter than tea. Maybe try that! πŸ˜€ Also the coffee helped with going to the bathroom more, which helped clear my skin and bloating. Sorrryyy if too much info, but just wanted to add any info to help cut milk from one’s diet. :).
