Modern Gothic Makeup Look

Today’s makeup look is pretty much my everyday style, except I normally have a bit of winged eyeliner on and curled hair to give a more vintage inspired look.

*PAUSE*- My Luxury Beauty Giveaway of over £50 worth of makeup is now open! Click this link to check it out!

Okay, now thats out of the way, Lets get on with makeup look!…

On my eyes, I have the shades Sycorax, Giove and Lysithea from my NARSissist Duel Shadow palette- for a full review on the palette click here.  I like how the three shades work really well together, giving a bold, dark, smokey look.

The mascara I am wearing is Mad Lash, by TheBalm, which is one of my go-to mascaras! It gives so much length and volume and its a true jet black. I tight-lined my eyes with a cheap, purple kohl liner to give a pop of brightness- I can’t remember the brand but I recommend rimmel London and collection.

For the complexion, I am wearing my NARS all day luminous foundation in the shade Montblanc, and a small amount of my Hot Mama Blush from TheBalm to give some colour to my pale complexion.

On my lips I have the NYX Liquid Suede lipstick in the shade Cherry Skies. I am not normally a fan of liquid lipsticks but this one is truly amazing, and stays on all day without drying my lips!

To complete a gothic look, I am wearing black skinny jeans, a black chiffon top with a cross from and a black faux leather jacket. I straightened my hair to give it more of a casual 90’s look, but you can easily glam this up with some big curls and a pair of heels!

I hope you like today’s look! Don’t forget to check out my beauty giveaway!

Lots of love,
