I have been reaching for this palette almost every day this month! The variety of colours and finishes can give me anything from a really subtle natural look to full blown vintage glam! It is hardly a new product on the market but I genuinely love it so much and think it is worth every penny! Here is a look I created using this palette!

These two nail polishes were only £1.99 each on Fragrance Direct and they put a lot of my high end expensive nail polishes to shame! They look like salon quality and they are such beautiful, true reds! Every girl needs a beautiful red nail polish and these are so affordable and lovely.

Boots Traditional Cold Cream Cleanser

This cleanser is so good and it was only £2.50 from the drugstore!!! I am normally very brand loyal when it comes to skincare and I only ever use Liz Earle, but this month I decided to give this cold cream a go and my skin has not broken out at all except for one tiny spot due to hormonal acne. It was great as normally I get a really bad breakout once a month but this is such a simple cleanser and it is really cheap!

Dirty Works Glow Girl Salt Body Scrub

This scrub is only £4 in Sainsburys but it rivals my more expensive scrubs easily. It leaves my skin super soft and as it contains pumice, it makes a great foot scrub for when I fancy a spa style pedicure. It also smells DIVINE! You simply must try it!

Guerlain  Insolence EDP

This gorgeous perfume from Guerlain contains notes of violet and iris, given a modern edge by a dash of berries. It is so delicious and moreish and has a really sexy, sultry smell whilst still being light enough to wear each day! It is sweet, spicy and allover beautiful. I love it!

I am very careful about what I use on my nails, but I have noticed a significant difference in the strength of my nails and I have not had any breaks since using their tools! YSL Volume Effet Faux Cils Mascara

This mascara literally makes it look like I am wearing false eyelashes. It is so beautiful, smooth and long wearing with zero clumping and flakiness. It is a little pricey but it is definitely worth the money! I only need one coat of this to give me the desired effect I am going for.

L’Oreal Detox Charcoal Mask

I have used this mask once a week this month and I have noticed that my skin looks much healthier and has a lovely glow to it! It works really well at calming my skin, reducing inflammation and redness and making me look more awake. It is really gentle on the skin as well and isn’t too fragrances so its just a very pleasant product to use.

Recipe- Healthy & Simple Vegan Lentil Dahl

Want to eat something very low in fat, very high in protein, extremely cheap to make and super delicious? Vegan lentil dahl is for you! Dahl is a traditional Indian dish made from split pulses and spices; it is extremely healthy yet it makes a perfect comfort food type dish. It only takes at most, 35 minutes to make depending on how much you are making and it can keep for up to 3 days in the fridge once cooked or 6 months in the freezer. It is perfect for students, those on a budget and those looking to eat a bit healthier! Enjoy!

You will need (serves two):

  • Half a cup of  dried split red lentils
  • Half a cup of brown lentils
  • Two sweet potatoes- sliced
  • 1 red pepper sliced in strips
  • Garam Masala spices to taste (Black and white peppercorns, Cloves, Cinnamon, or cassia bark, Mace (part of nutmeg),  Ginger, Black and green cardamom pods, Bay leaf, Cumin, Tumeric, chilli powder, onion powder)
  • A sprinkle of pink Himalayan sea salt
  • Fresh coriander, parsley and chives
  • One clove of crushed garlic
  • One tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 tbs  Oil of your choice- I like Olive oil

How To Make It!

  1. Preheat oven to 180 Fan
  2. Coat the sweet potatoes and peppers in a small amount of oil and place in the oven for 20-30 minutes depending on how your oven cooks- in a fan oven mine took 25 mins.
  3. Place the lentil mix and ground spices in a pan of cold water (about 3/4 cups) bring to the boil and then simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking and to help thicken the sauce. You will know it is cooked when the lentils are soft and the sauce is thick. You can add more spices to taste and salt if you want it.
  4. Add the roasted veg and top with the fresh coriander, parsley and chives- that is it!

This recipe couldn’t get any easier and it is so, so delicious and satisfying. I am a vegetarian so I have not added meat or any animal products at all. If you want to really bulk this dish up, you could add more fresh veg and perhaps some vegetarian quorn meat but it is a deceivingly filling meal and you do not need a very large portion! How To Incorporate A Touch Of Vintage Glamour In Your Everyday Life.

Hello darlings! Today I thought I would tell you a few ways in which you can incorporate a little touch a vintage glamour in to your everyday life. If you are not as obsessed with vintage as I am, doing the whole look may seem a bit intimidating, but a few bits here and there can add a lovely, elegant touch and make you feel fantastic.

Hair And Makeup

I pretty much only wear a vintage inspired makeup look on a daily basis and I have done for years. I always wear a red lip and a lot of the time I will do a winged liner. This immediately makes your makeup have a retro feel and it is so simple to do, even if you just wear the red lip! If you are nervous about wearing a bright red lip, try a more subtle, berry colour!

For hair, I normally wear it curled. If I am going out or if I feel like doing a full-glam look, I’ll do a full vintage up-do or wave. I can be a bit lazy when it comes to doing victory rolls, so most days I do “faux” rolls or bumps. Here is a link to a fantastic video by the gorgeous Cherry Doll face, showing you how to do a lovely every day look. I interviewed Cherry a little while back and she is the sweetest woman ever and has amazing hair and makeup skills!

I am constantly asked “Oh, are you going out somewhere nice?” because I am permanently dressing up. I do not need an occasion to get dolled up and it makes me giggle when people think I am going out for dinner or to a party. Nope, Im just celebrating life! Style is such a personal thing and I am not going to tell you what to wear exactly because what you feel comfortable in is so personal! But, I genuinely think every one suits the vintage look. It is flattering on all shapes and sizes and it looks effortlessly glamorous.

My wardrobe consists mostly of dresses in the tea dress/flared style because personally that is what I like. Unless I am wearing my boyfriends clothes, I would not be caught dead out in joggers, the thought makes me shudder… i just can’t. I believe that every vintage lover needs a good coat however genuine 40s/50s vintage coats can be hard to come buy. You can throw it on over literally anything and look dressed up! My favourite places to buy coats are Collectif, Hell Bunny and Banned. If you do not want to fork out for a vintage reproduction, try and go for a coat that is fitted at the waist and flares out. A black Mac is always a good shout also!

This is the quickest and cheapest way you can add little touches of vintage glamour. Gorgeous tea cups, silver wear, glasses and furniture can be found in most thrift stores, charity shops and even online! They look far more expensive than they actually are and can easily be upholstered to look brand new. Plus, it is quite a novelty to drink from a cute little teacup and guests absolutely love it!

Buy Your Beauty Mark- By Dita Von Teese

This book is absolutely amazing and was written by Burlesque and Vintage Queen Dita Von Teese. I call it my bible because it contains everything you need to know about eccentric glamour. Also, it is just a feel good book and you will feel amazing about yourself after reading it. I can not recommend it highly enough and I genuinely believe all women need this book, even if they are not in to the vintage lifestyle. This book took Dita 5 years to write and she absolutely perfected it. I love it.

How To Make Conscious Food And Life Choices- Feeding Your Body, Mind And Soul.

The saying “you are what you eat” is true, and it is about more than just food. Yes, if you feed your body rubbish, you will feel like rubbish. But, did you ever stop to think about how much deeper your food choices go? What about the words that you feed yourself? What about the impact that has on your health? What seems like an insignificant choice in the day, can actually be pretty life changing.

Feeding yourself junk food constantly is going to make you feel crappy, but so is beating yourself up every time your diet slips or feeding yourself horrible words. “I am so ugly”, “I am so fat”, “I am not good enough” needs to stop. When you start your day with bad food and bad thoughts, it radiates through you affecting how you feel physically and mentally. Even if you are eating beautiful food and it physically makes you feel good, if you tell yourself nasty things, your mental health will suffer. This post is not just about eating well. It is about feeding the mind, the body and the soul and making a conscious effort to nourish yourself physically and mentally. I hope you enjoy reading!

Feeding The Body

It is no secret that a balanced diet is key to health. It sounds so simple- eat your fruit and veg, drink water and limit the crap, so why do so many of us struggle to eat healthily and stay a healthy weight and ultimately love ourselves for who we are?

We do not live in a world that promotes self-love.

Think about it. If we all loved ourselves, what can they sell us? The beauty and diet industry is worth billions and billions. We are constantly being shown all the ways we are not good enough, how we are not slim enough, rich enough, pretty enough, smart enough. We are then shown all the things we can buy that can help us to reach said aesthetic. Also, junk food and processed food is so readily available that it can be hard to always make a conscious food choice. Sugar is known to be as addictive as cocaine so what do the food industry do? They shove it in all of their products. Many diet products are full of sugar, being disguised as “fat free”- even some of the healthy food being sold to us is actually full of crap.  Food is addictive and you shouldn’t beat yourself up if you are struggling. So how on earth do we make conscious food choices when we are surrounded by rubbish? I have four key tips.

  • Think before each meal- _20170528_205102

    At breakfast time, you have an amazing opportunity to fuel yourself for the day. Think about how this food is going to benefit you. Yes, a cereal bar is quick, but you’ll be hungry again in about 45 minutes and lunch isn’t til 12. Porridge takes a few extra minutes to make, but it will fuel you right up until lunch and give your body the boost it needs to get you through the morning. A sprinkle of fruit and honey on top and you’ve got yourself something rather delicious and satisfying.

  • Understand your hunger-wp-1494693326286.

     Are you bored or are you hungry, that is the question. If you have recently eaten then you probably are not hungry but if you are lost for something to do and find yourself raiding the fridge, you may be eating out of boredom. When you are eating a diet largely based on wholefoods, grains, fruit, veg and natural products, you will never feel deprived. Restrictive diets and diets that require counting calories or points constantly have you focused on food and when your next meal is going to be. Scrap the calories and eat intuitively. I find it best to eat little and often so instead of three large meals a day, I graze constantly eating my largest meal in the first half of the day. Another way if this seems to much for you is to have your breakfast, lunch and dinner and one snack in between each, making sure that each meal is nutritionally balanced. Junk food is quick to go in to the body and quick to come out with very little benefit, leaving you feeling hungry shortly after. Eat fibrous, whole foods and drink up to prevent blind eating.

  • Have plenty of healthy food at hand-_20170528_205016

     Healthy snacks such as fruits, vegetable, pita, houmous, nuts and seeds are great to have around when you are feeling peckish. Make sure the freezer has plenty of fruit and veg in it that will not go off as well as a fresh supply in the fridge. Stock the cupboards up with plenty of whole grains and legumes such as quinoa, lentils, rice and spelt and wholemeal pasta in a pinch. Have 80% dark chocolate to nip cravings in the bud and do not be afraid to have a treat once in a while. Learn moderation this brings me on to my fourth tip.

  • Follow the 80/20 rule- _20170528_204653

This is how I try to live my life in all aspects 80% health, 20% indulgence. A healthy lifestyle is all about moderation. In this picture you can see I am enjoying a red velvet cupcake in Covent Garden. Even writing this post I have nibbled on some chocolate. The key is that I do not do this everyday and I do not tell myself “I can’t have that” because I know I will feel deprived. If I am eating well and looking after myself 80% of the time, the other 20% I can afford to have some cake, a takeaway or a cheeky glass of wine… or three. I try to put my diet at the core of my responsibilities. I know that food is my fuel and if I do not nourish my body, I will feel sick, tired, run down and sluggish. How do I know this? Because I never used to eat properly.

Not only did I restrict my calories excessively, but when I did eat, I ate crap. Pizza, fizzy drinks, quick processed food. I was slim, but I was sick. I felt miserable and hopeless. Now I understand my worth and love my body, I never feel deprived and would never do anything that would make me feel so low again. Looking after your physical health is just one step in self-love and making conscious choices.

Feeding The Mind

Keeping your mind healthy is going to be the hardest part of your health journey. It is much easier to hate ourselves than love ourselves. Self-Love requires hard work and normally this takes a while to build, especially if you come from a particularly low place. However, there are so many things you can do to build the blocks to a beautiful mind.

Be Kind To Yourself

How can you feel good about yourself if you do not act as your own best friend. I know that sounds cheesy but I am 110% serious. Know that you are valuable, smart, beautiful and important. Tell yourself that every day until you believe it. Never be afraid to ask for help if you are struggling.

Mental Illness is really common and there are so many people who want to help you. Family, friends, doctors- you do not have to be alone. It is okay to admit you are struggling. We are not perfect beings and sometimes we need a bit more help in order to get on the right track. I had depression and anxiety most of my teenage life right up until I was 19 years old and I didn’t start to cope until I got help and put myself first. Do not be afraid to stand up for what you believe in. You do not have to settle for second best and finally, do not expect to see real positive change if you only surround yourself with negative influences. Toxic people and environments have to go. Change is scary, but it is worth it.

Right now, I want you to make a list of 5 things that you love about yourself. Yes, it is so cringe, but you need to do this even if it is just one thing. Let me start:

  1. I am kind.
  2. I am passionate.
  3. I am smart.
  4. I am grateful.
  5. I am unique.

Now, write 5 things you do not like. What are they? Can you change them? Are they superficial? If you asked me to write 5 things I didn’t like about myself 3 years ago I would have said-

  1. I hate how I look
  2. I am lonely
  3. I am a failure and can’t do anything right
  4. I am worthless
  5. I am scared of the future.

I didn’t have the answers on how to solve these things, but I do now and I hope they can make you think a bit harder and be more forgiving to yourself. I wish I could have told myself this…

  1. You hate how you look because you always compare yourself to others and strive for perfection. You are never satisfied because you always think you need to be better and please others. Dita Von Teese said, “you can be the ripest, juiciest peach in the world and there will still be someone who hates peaches.”- she was right. You are never going to be everyone’s cup of tea, but you might be someones shot of whisky. Stop searching for perfection because it does not exist. There is not one person on the planet who is you and that makes you special and unique. Embrace it, embrace the imperfections and love yourself for more than whats on the surface.
  2. You are lonely because you seclude yourself and surround yourself by the wrong people. You are in a relationship that serves you no good and your friends are kind of shitty, actually. One day, you come out of your shell, talk to new people and only surround yourself with beautiful, positive souls. It changes your life…if only you could see that all you have to do is believe you deserve better and are worthy of companionship.
  3. You are not a failure; you are simply striving for the wrong things, obsessed with perfection and setting your goals unrealistically high. Only do the things that you love and what interest you, no matter what others think. What you want in life should be your first priority, not what someone else wants. Your success is not measured by someone else’s standards.
  4. Worthless? Are you joking? We all have a purpose on this planet for one thing or another. You feel worthless because you let other people measure your worth and they are people you should not surround yourself with. Those who love you already know your worth. You are so blessed to be alive, so blessed to breathing and you have a wonderful little life to lead.
  5. It is okay to be scared, you are human and life is scary and uncertain. You can choose to let your fear paralyze you and freeze you in your steps, or you can carry on, hold your head high and push through it. You have got this.

Feeding The Soul

At my lowest points, I started looking outwardly and from there I managed to hoist myself up. I am the happiest I have been in my life and I feel so content and blessed. What do I mean by looking outwardly and what does it mean to feed our soul?

Reason, character, feeling, consciousness, memory, perception, thinking- building the soul.

All of these things are parts I believe make up our soul. I am not religious, I do not believe in one god or any gods actually, but I believe in spirituality and by that I mean all of the things above and that we all have a meaning and purpose on this planet. I believe to have a happy soul we have not only look after our own self, but look after those around us, living a grateful and giving life and taking pleasure in the little things and thinking of what matters. For me this is:

  • Reading and learning always
  • Walking/Yoga/Exercise
  • Meditation
  • Hobbies
  • Charity
  • Humanitarianism
  • Animal Welfare
  • Environmental Conservation

I do things that make me feel good such as walking reading, painting my nails, meditating (a new thing ive just started) and focusing my attention outwardly on matters such as animal rights and activism and other ways I can contribute to making this world a better place, even by simply recycling and lowering my carbon footprint. It feels good to try to be a good person.

I also count my blessings every day and try to live a life of gratitude. I am lucky to have food, water and a roof over my head and I remind myself of that every single day without fail. I know others are not so lucky and I am fully aware of how blessed I am.

I know this post is long-winded, but it really matters to me. Every single word in this post has come from my heart and I truly just want to help others to feeling happy and good in not only themselves but in the world around them. A Beautiful Sunny, Stripy Sunday: A Vintage Inspired Outfit

Cut The Bulls**t, How Do You Actually Lose Body Fat? A Real And Honest Answer.

Hello darlings! Today I want to talk to you about body fat. We all have it, we all need it, but most of us want to get rid of it or at least some of it. Body fat is essential to maintain life and reproductive systems however we live in a day and age where body image is constantly under scrutiny, where a lot of the population is overweight and where body ideals are set to unrealistic standards. This post is not about making you look a certain way. I don’t give a S**t about how you look- I want you to strive to be healthy, fit and strong. So how much fat should we have exactly and how do we know if we are a healthy weight?

Here are my 5 tips on shedding fat and getting fit.

*DISCLAIMER- Here on my blog, I do not promote a specific body image AT ALL. I promote health first and foremost. I believe in being strong, taking care of your body and promoting body confidence and happiness. When you are healthy it has a big impact on how you feel, so ultimately health is the message I want to promote. This is not going to tell you how to get a flat stomach or slim thighs, because that is not who I am and not what I care about. If you want to be healthy and strong, Im your girl.*

Tip One- Smash Those  Scales In To Tiny Pieces! 

My first tip is to throw away your weighing scales(unless they have a body fat percentage calculator but more on that in the next tip). Smash them, burn them, I do not care. Just get rid of them. Tracking weight and BMI are not great tools to measure progress, because as body composition changes, the scale may not, leading to feelings of failure and poor body image. Dave Quevedo, a NASM-certified personal trainer in Hoboken, New Jersey says-“Both weight and BMI never take into account body composition, often making an active woman seem overweight – but an active woman has more muscle and less body fat than a sedentary woman.” I do not believe in weighing yourself at all. As someone who has had issues with body image and food in the past, I think it is setting you up for failure and it does nothing for your self esteem. It isn’t even that good at determining health either. “Skinny-Fat” is a thing and simply appearing slim does not equate to health by any means. Never strive for skinny, strive to be strong.

Tip Two- Find Out Your Body Fat Percentage

A good way to figure out a rough guideline of how much body fat you should have is to work out your body fat percentage. The best way to do this is to see a GP for ultimate accuracy or pay to have a Caliper Test done, but there are online calculators that can give a rough estimate as can body fat percentage scales. Body fat percentage will differ for a variety of reasons but a good guideline for women to follow to be considered healthy is:

  •  Top athletes: 15 to 20%
  • Fit women: 21 to 24%
  • Healthy/acceptable: 25 to 32%
  • Overweight: 33% plus

I personally fall in to the healthy category right now at 25%, but I would really like to get in to the “fit” category. I have no aspirations of becoming a top athlete, so for me, being fit is good enough. In fact, being healthy is good enough but I would like to be as fit and strong as possible and if I am completely honest, I am not yet at the health standard I want to be at. I love my body and I love how I look but I would really like to be able to lift more, run further and be as healthy as I possibly can. I am still on my fitness and health journey but I have come a long way already!

Tip Three- Look Beyond Numbers

Whilst body fat is a good indicator, how you feel and how your body is reacting is a fantastic way to measure health. Ask yourself these two questions-

  1. How much energy do I have?– When you wake up and you feel sluggish and want to roll back to sleep every single day, it could be more than just needing to catch a few extra Z’s. When our body is not getting enough exercise and enough of the right fuels from food and water, we feel sluggish, run down and tired. Also, if you tire easily or generally are unfit, then something may be going on under the surface. If in doubt, always see a doctor or GP.
  2. What am  I eating?- Its not rocket science. If you only eat junk food or if you are eating burgers and chips every day, then youre probably not in your best state of health. Start keeping a food journal and logging what exactly you eat and drink. It is possible to be really slim and still be unhealthy. Just going by how you look is not enough. Food is your fuel and natures best medicine and when you eat well, you feel a lot better and losing fat is a lot easier.

Tip Four- Stop The Excuses And Exercise

This one is my biggest weakness as I definitely do not exercise enough. I have just had major surgery so I am limited to short walks right now, but as soon as I am recovered I will be hitting the gym.  The reality is, diet alone is not enough and you have to exercise and be active in order to be healthy. The wonderful thing about being human is realising the amazing things our bodies can do. We were not built to sit at a desk all day. If you want to lose fat and get fit, you need to work out. You don’t necessarily have to join a gym or spend any money at all either. Go for walks, join a club, ride a bike, swim! There are so many different forms of exercise.

Cut the excuses- Unless each hour of your 24 hour day is full up, then you probably have time to exercise. Even if it is just 10 minutes a day, it is 10 more minutes than the person sitting on their sofa. Turn that 10 minutes in to a HIIT workout and you’ve got yourself a really great session. If you are adamant that “you do not have the time”, try to just live as actively as possible. Walk instead of drive, involve your kids in exercise such as bike rides and swimming. There are so many ways to work out now that there are very little adequate excuses not to do it. Just get it done, you’ll feel better for it.

Tip Five- Stop Eating Crap, Stop Counting Calories/Points And Stop Dieting Full Stop.

My main diet tip will always be to not diet. I hate diets. The word diet makes me feel nauseous. Diets are temporary and normally set you up for failure or trap you in to permanently being “on a diet”, hence why you have to keep going back for weigh ins, progress checks and god knows what else. With a healthy lifestyle, there is no counting and no paying out extra money. You may lose weight following these plans and if that is your goal then so be it, but that is not what I am about. I do not believe in weight watchers, slimming world, juice plus or any other like these as a long term solution. I believe in a adopting a healthy overall lifestyle. To do this you need to form a habit. It is not going to be easy, but if you want this enough, you will do it. 21 days is all it takes. YOU CAN DO IT. 21 days of eating clean, working out regularly and you are pretty much there, I promise.

Personally, I am a vegetarian and I believe the plant based diet is the way to go ethically and physically, but I am not about pushing my views so I will say this- try and eat as much wholefoods, fruit and veg as possible and stop eating the crap. Artificial sugars, additives, sweeteners, fatty oils, too much animal products and dairy is not good for you AT ALL and just because something says “diet” on it, does not mean it is better for you. A lot of the time, diet products up the sugar and sweeteners and claim to be fat free. While the initial product is fat free, the sugar and sweeteners convert to fat in the body. So that zero calorie diet coke is pointless really.

Counting calories and points is a restrictive way to live. You will constantly be in the “Oh I can’t have that, I am trying to be good” mindset and the feeling of failure if you go over, only to try and “make up for it” next time. Just stop. When you are eating a balanced diet, you can have treats now and again. Balance is key. You will not put on weight or get sick if you are eating healthily 80% of the time. Also, when you cut out all the added sugars and other rubbish, you start to crave all of the good things and you find yourself naturally picking the healthier options. Habit is the key word. The more you do it, the easier it becomes. Make conscious choices when picking what to eat and make sure you have plenty of healthy snacks on hand. Staying hydrated is key also as thirst can be mistaken for hunger. Drink up, eat your veggies, do your squats and go get it because you’ve got this darling.

None of us are perfect. I am not perfect and my journey is not over yet. However, we can still try and be the best versions of ourselves as possible. Be healthy, be kind, be grateful. See you next time. xox

First impressions I had no idea what exactly Mont Bleu were going to send me as I asked them to surprise me. I squealed with delight when I opened up the parcel to see beautiful, pink nail care tools staring back at me! As you can see, they are absolutely gorgeous. Right away, I could feel that they were sturdy, well made and very eye-catching. They were very neatly and tightly packaged which is great as it means they will not break in the post.

Pictures do not do enough justice to this simply stunning file and I am reviewing this first as it caught my attention immediately when I opened the parcel. Encased in a luxurious black sleeve, It is delicate, elegant and so sparkly! It really does feel like a luxury file and something very special. I compared it to my Leighton Denny Crystal File and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the Mont Bleu glass file works much more seamlessly and gently! It does not tug at the nail; instead it simply buffs away little nicks and tears to create a beautiful, straight free edge on the nail. A few sweeps and you are done. I can not fault this product at all. I think it is stunning and would make a perfect gift. For £8.70, it is cheaper than most glass nail files on the market and 100 times better.

Duel- End Glass Cuticle Pusher

This product blew my mind. I did not expect it to do much, but I was so shocked when I saw what a difference it made to my cuticles. The fact it is pink is just a bonus really.

As you can see by looking at the photos, the glass cuticle pusher has a rounded head for gentle nudging of the cuticle, and a pointed end for cleaning the nail edges. The ends are textured and have an abrasive surface for precise control. They managed to completely buff and perfect my nails and remove all of the excess on the nail bed, which made my base coat apply so neatly and smoothly. This makes SUCH a huge difference to nail polish application and it made a cheap nail polish look like a high end one simply because it applied more evenly after I used my cuticle pusher. For just £4.78, I think this is an essential item for both men and women.

Czech Glass Nail File In Hard Pink Case

An essential for every ladies handbag or purse. This nail file is slightly thicker than the Swarovski nail file however it is also made from tempered Czech glass like the previous. These nail files are said to last a lifetime, and Mont Bleu will give unlimited guaranty on the abrasive surface. I love it as it is more sturdy to carry in your handbag and also for travelling. It works exactly the same as the Swarovski file with the added bonus of protective pink casing. For £7.83, I would highly recommend you invest in this nail file for those emergency occasions!

Original Foot Scraper and Callus Remover- All In One Foot File

I had never used a foot file before until today, but let me just say that I have 100% converted. My feet were so silky and smooth after using this and I can not wait to take it on holiday with me so that my feet are always beach ready! This file is quite heavy and thick, which makes it perfect for buffing away callus and making your feet look like you have had an expensive pedicure. For £13.92, it is the most expensive item on the list, but it is still extremely affordable and definitely worth it if you have troublesome feet or if you simply feel like making your feet look gorgeous!
